Mitchell's birthday on Wed. "thisisselling" provided the 08 masterpiece box. These cards are his fav, only need abt 10 cards to finish base set with some nice auto's game worn . Painted canvas style. "Todays Collectables", our local card shop, supplied the 2001 box. His first live BOX BREAK :kick: this is a hard set to get the higher end inserts. Looking forward to this one.....

08 masterpieces: need 11 cards to finish base set. Best are Framed Sigs, out of 9 or 10. Anything Vikings/Adrian Petersen Yahooo.

Thks guys. Didn't hit the big Sigs and the Langlands card is perplexing. 1:10 boxes and i suspect that as the years roll by may reflect their true value. At the moment 30$ to 80$. With the 2002 raper and 2003 proven/summons, they look like a nice 3 card set.....perception i sup[pose. Interesting, one is not guaranted a box card with the 2001. It is possible to find a re order form. personally seen abt 6 boxes, bought 2, picked 3. 2 with order forms. Interestingly, the 2 changa's from these two boxes with order forms(collectable!!!!). Still need CP's, TOY, HR...oh yes that Langlands Sig :D

I can't stop laughing about the fact there is a card for the Patriots Snowplough game. That is one cool card.

Thks all, Greencardy- good pick up there. Yes it is one cool card. Mitchell was rapt to get the base version(unframed, when he opened the green framed(insert) absolutely went to "MISSILE". Totally epic to watch. Ran down to local card store( Darren and mitch Viking supporters) and went to "Ballistic". After he's dissappointment with the cancellation of Series 2. This was the first time to see him really enjoy collecting again. That card "the Snow Plough". brought it all back to him- He has a card collecting nut, advises me all the time. Greencardy, it took that one card. Cheers

Not bad looking cards those Masterpieces...some of the painting sets can look a bit 'naff....but they look cool..

Don't know much about these cards but the scans look nice.

Well done on the Langands, it's a 1:10 box isn't it? If so that's real lucky.
