there is a red line runs across in the heading of page, under that is forums, trade, members, ebay, click on trade, to the left and underneath is trade manager, click and your trade post details appear and the right is feedback arrow received /left, click and a box opens, you have to fill in details regarding trade..
bit confusing until you get used to it.
