If it's big in India you could make a fortune from the royalties...population of 1 billion...most of them love cricket...even if they only sold 50,000,000 copies and he got 10c per copy that's $5 million. They would be getting it downloaded a bit as well.

But it's right up there with Warwick Capper's song as the most embarrassing by a sportsperson. [-X

That's a fair point...but even if only a small percentage of the population do have money it's still a massive number of people and therefore opportunity....today's economic lesson is from Wikipedia

I think whoever hooked him up with that gig was smart.

Yes, they may not have much money, but with such a huge population, their cricket fanaticism and music/movie fanaticism................and on top of that his popularity already on the subcontinent, he will make a nice penny.
