Has to be done!!!!

Don't want none of u Aussies claiming him as yours either. Adams is gonna be a legit player in the league. Very active, working his butt off. Looks like a 12 boards a game guy when he gets more minutes. Blocks shots, sets awesome screens. Walked through a Vince Carter elbow like he didn't feel it - what's not to like??
 
Huge fan from day one - the guy has everything you want in a player. Puts in 100% every game and has all the physical gifts to keep improving. I like how he reacted after VC elbowed him right in the head (intentionally) today. Didn't flinch, didn't retaliate. Tough as nails - and he's got a spot in my fantasy team because he'll end up the starting centre at OKC in no time. Will be putting up regular double doubles in no time.
 
Yeah, I agree! He seems to have a great attitude!!

Can anyone tell me, WTF did Adams get a Tech for?? He took the elbow like a champ and kept playing??? Then the eject VC and gave Adams a T???

I have no idea why he got a tech. If anything he should've gotten a flagrant 1 for high contact (upon review) but I didnt see anything that would result in a tech, such as demonstrative behaviour, abuse, retaliation etc. I think the refs just wanted to give him something to make it seem fair since they both got an elbow in the head.

If that was it then it should have been flagrant, not technical!

I like the big half-tongan, looks like he's got a good work ethic.

I hope it works out for OKC, aldrich, lazar hayward and PJIII didnt/aren't working out. And Kendrick doesn't impress me as much as Stevens already has. Go big man!
 
Thanks Harsha - all I can say is wow - the future is bright. There aren't many 7 footers who move like that. Not super hops but he is quick and has great hands
 
From memory, Adams was a bit of a surprise selection at 12 in the draft but what we all saw yesterday, is the reason the OKC will most likely amnesty Kendrick Perkins before next season. He's not a super athlete but has a pretty decent touch around the basket. Was following the game on ESPN yesterday and as an Aussie, I was dead-set filthy that a bloody Kiwi (no disrespect) tore my beloved Pistons and the super-hyped Andre Drummond a new one.
 
i havent seen much of him but looking at the pistons game, seems to have the basics down pat and should hopefully be a player for OKC, they desperately need another inside presence aside from serge, as perkins is garbage these days - definitely can feel an amnesty coming on with him... ripper bounce pass to westbrook too!
 
I haven't really followed the NBA since roughly 1997 and the last set I remember buying was the Fleer Metal from that year...
I'm really quite tempted to start putting together an Adams PC however....
Is there a resource somewhere that lists what cards a certain player has had produced?
 
Maybe via beckett.com?

Adams has had his tough days recently but put together 6 pts 7 boards and 3 blks vs the Clips yesterday in 24 minutes...
