Official All-Time Basketball Draft Thread #2 - Complete!!!

Inputting players and came across the fact there's no 2017-18 season yet! This means no Lonzo Ball, no Ben Simmons available.
Ideas? @nichj99 @rhysjsolomon @TheCardMan

we can leave the missing rookie from 2017-18 off OR replace with any player from 2016-17 season or before it would seem best unless any better ideas?

I think its only a 2 teams that have this issue - Pelicans, Pacers
