Damn, there goes a pile of the Pacers free agent money, as I can almost guarantee that Hibbert won't be going anywhere. Still plenty to keep Hill as well, just might leave us short to make a run at Roy.

Was pretty surprised too...... that's a heck of a lot of money for Hibbert. However the Blazers have a history of throwing large deals at UFA's, partly I think to try and get the other team to spend a lot of money lol....... recall the big deal they offered Wesley Matthews after his one year with the Jazz.
Not really fair to state his career numbers, he has improved every year. Last year he averaged 8.8 rebounds in just under 30 mins a game.
Hard to say if to keep him or not, whilst he's not worth that money yet, will he be on the near future!? Good centers don't grow on trees and with the Pacers looking like they are putting something good together there I think it's be far too risky to let him walk.

Important to remember that Hibbert's max deal isn't a "full" max because he's coming off rookie deal. Also, positional scarcity matters.

RFA Roy Hibbert's four-year, max offer sheet from Portland is worth $58.4M. Pacers center leaning that way. Indy has three days to match.

Sources confirm Memphis has offered full midlevel to Ray Allen for 2 yrs. Bos willing to pay 2 yrs/$12 mill, tho no offer made yet.
Rockets reach agreement on 3-year, $25.1 million offer sheet with Bulls center Omer Asik.
Crazy thing is the deal is split $5M, $5M and then $15M in final season!! wowsers... this offseason already throwing up some suprises - just goes to show with hibbert and now asik that a half decent big man is always in high demand in the nba
