My first thought was that he bruised his ego when he fell over. lol
The treatment didn't seem to suit any particular type of injury. The drink and stretching indicates cramp, but I didn't think ice was good for a cramp, just a tear or strain!
Nah man he was cramping badly. You could see him getting treatment during each timeout from then on and you could see when they are stretching his hamstring and thighs, he is in serious pain. I've had cramps during sports and man, those are just a searing burning sensation and when the muscle refuses to loosen up, its just stiff just like Lebron's movement. No way Spoz wants to keep Lebron out for the last minute with only a 2 possession ballgame if it wasn't serious. Lebron still scored twice after the cramps so nothing about him fading in performance or wanting to fake it.
It was funny to see him limp on D and run fine on O, but you could see the lag in his jumper after that. So either they don't know what the pain is, or their medico staff don't know what they are doing!
I agree that there is no sense in saying he faked it! And no way would they want him out for the last minute, although, rumour has it that he got some really helpful advice on the matter:
I thought that was the case, although it is possible that a cramp caused the fall. If you look at it slowly, he didn't slip, his foot never really got on the ground properly???
Nope icing the cramps was the right treatment at the time besides the fluids and stretching. Lebron was in pain as well and the ice is going to help with that and lessen the inflammation for him to have any chance to get back in the game. Unfortunately, he was too much of a liability to be on the floor on offense or defense so Spoz left him out.
Can't wait to get home and watch the replay. Is James the same age as Jordan when he got his first ring? Hope Miami win it, would be good to see Wade get another and for James to finally get the ring he deserves for being THE BEST BASKETBALLER IN THE LEAGUE for the last few years.
Not here particularly, more so on other card forums and basketball forums, but Im really enjoying the reactions of people who were saying Thunder in 4,5,6 etc after their first win
MJ was 29, not sure if LJ is 28 or 29.
But the test comes from keeping a team together. Battier is about 34, and I think the rest are 30 and below.
They have at least 4 Eastern Conference Champs in them, but I think OKC can be a greater team.
I wonder what Dwight is thinking.
