fergie still not interested in sneijder...allegedly. so far not one of the heavily talked about transfers has come through (nasri, fabs, modric, sneijder). of them, i think fabs is the only one that may make a move, but thats looking less likely as the season draws closer...

I'll believe the Tevez stuff when I see a video of him being welcomed!! Whispers of Aguero replacing him if he goes though....

I'll presume nothing about Tevez - if u can name a club that can come up with $40 million that needs him I'm all ears. Sth American clubs don't tend to have that sort of $$. Barca don't need him. Real don't either...Inter?? I just don't see it happening and City have no problem holding onto him. He's world class and is far more likely to go in January or as a trade/$$ deal for another good striker...

Maybe - given his outbursts at club management i could see them cutting their losses. When he gets his knickers in a knot he is a liability IMO.

No chance in hell that happens. He's just stated he'd like to leave and why - hardly outbursts at club management. City have him signed till 2014 - why would they take a cut price deal for arguably the best striker in the world at the moment. If no deal is done he'll be playing for us soon. Simple as that. City hold the cards here, not Tevez.

Take your Man City coloured glasses off ljandkg! He is no where near being the best striker in the world.

All im saying is after his half time spat with Mancini, public criticism of Garry Cook and Brian Marwood and constant requests to leave why would they want to continue to put up with his rubbish. Sure they hold all the cards but i can still see them cutting their losses with him.

Im agreeing with you that they hold all the cards but if you come out and publicly criticize the CEO and Football manager at some stage they are going to give you the heave ho no matter how much they have paid for you and how good you are. Just ask Robinho.

i would consider him one of the top 5 strikers about at the minute. but as you say, theres only so much management can put up with.
i like tevez, but i think itd be in citys best interest to get rid of him and start thinking of a replacement, because even if he doesnt leave by the start of the season, hes not a player they can build a team around...
looks like barca have agreed to a deal for sanchez.
anyone else think there too many players talking about who should be coming to their club? there should be some sort of ruling. its just sh!t stirring in the end.
