these were released the day after the Lions won their 3rd consecutive flag in 2003. this set is limited to only 100, BL denoting obviously Brisbane Lions and the number has no real significance....it was the only one i could get. (00-99.... only 100 of them)
these were that popular (the 100 were gone in 10 minutes when PPQ opened for business) that they released another set of just normal 3 letter, 2 number combos. there was a mixup with the limited edition set and i almost missed out on it and i had already reserved this one just in case. but when i was told i did end up with BL52 i had to decide if i still wanted these....and they were obviously the most popular so i grabbed them too....
it worked out quite well... they won their 3rd flag in 2003 with Vossy as thier captain wearing the number 3!!
so yeah, if you like em, or know someone that does, PM me.
