I have spent my whole life collecting VHS copies, Taping them to DVD ..chasing old copies of State of origin games from TV networks.

I am 4 games short of the complete set and this happens!

Owen that is not nice.. ..I even recently considered paying the $150 each the network channels wanted for me to buy a copy of the 4 games....

Well at least this way you can buy the DVD this year, then buy the Blue Ray set next year and then the year after download them from itunes!

Rugby League films quoted me $85 a game for stuff in their archives that they claim has not yet been digitised.

Have been trying to track down Dragons games for years, have a reasonable number but aside from the games I taped myself have to wait for them to re-air on Foxtel or be released commercially.

I remember the same type of thing happening to me with KISS concert videos.

They ended up releasing 3 box sets with most of the concerts I had already got. At least they were better quality but could have done with them a bit earlier.

Better quality than my VHS copies... I am watching them from the start ... 1981 is ok.. VHS quality
