Many of the clubs have pet memberships now. In fact, I think the Chooks and Broncos both do it.
Having spoken to both Souths and NRL, they concurred they are not included in the membership tallies of clubs, despite what Roy Masters said in the SMH last year.
Where I work, they have bereavement leave for staff who lose a pet. Why not have club membership too?
Hadn't heard about Tilse & TLL. Both off contract at seasons end, I would prefer to lose Tilse rather than TLL even though the latter is more injury prone he is N excellent impact player when fit. It could be a goer though as the Raiders have a heap of young props contracted and a few playing Mal Meninga cup (elite U/18's) in QLD who are very impressive. Stuart also seems to implementing a youth policy at Canberra.
