It will be interesting to see if SBW ends up playing in the world cup and what about the world club challenge.?

I hope for the sake of RL he plays in the World Cup but I can't see it. As for the WCC he will be back in Rugby by then so definitely would not play

I honestly hope SBW never plays in the NRL again, nothing against him but channel 9s love affair and over hyping of him ruins it for me. For me it's even worse then seeing Tom Waterhouse's mug all the time.

I imagine with him winning the GF will add even more infuses to his decision to return to union.
Hope Australia meet NZ in the world cup final with sbw in so it will be an even sweeter victory.

I am pretty good mates with a couple of the guys from the Chiefs and they are under the impression he has signed already and will be back next season with the team (the Chiefs that is).

According to 9 news Sonny Williams now wants to playfor NZ in the world cup

Poor Elijah Taylor - my guess is he will be dumped out of the squad. That will be a bitter pill to swallow.

But with no Jeremy Smith, Benji, Matai etc we need him

Was reported in the papers last week, announcement due this week they said...

Spoke to a member of the (current) coaching staff on Saturday night and he said they're also looking at Sheens as a coaching director... But was due to be announced early this week.

The Daily Telegraph understands Sharp was out-voted 4-2 at a marathon meeting, with the majority in favour of Roosters assistant Jason Taylor.Another board meeting could be convened as soon as today to finalise the appointment.Taylor now appears to be the overwhelming favourite because he enjoys majority support.But the split will create tension for the successful candidate because they will be appointed without the full support of the six-man board.Current Eels players have thrown their support behind Arthur, while former greats such as Nathan Hindmarsh and Nathan Cayless believe Taylor is the man for the job.In an interview prior to Tuesday night's board meeting, Sharp publicly expressed his support for Arthur and urged his fellow directors to fall into line -
