Just like Fotueika from the Tigers he had the world at his feet but something was telling him that that wasn't enough!, why don't these talented young people confide to someone about their thoughts, very very sad.
It's not really about something "not being enough". If you are deeply depressed or suffering some type of mental illness your life is taken over by that and you aren't in the right head space to deal with it. You can't explain it to someone who hasn't experienced it. Yes, people with problems like that should seek help...but it is much easier said than done though and there is a stigma attached to it, i'm sure his career was the least of his worries.

Another very sad day for Rugby League. I hope the NRL can spend some of their new found wealth on getting some of the retired islander boys into the game as welfare officers to give these kids a bit more support.
#Matt Prior has received two offers to leave the Dragons, one from Souths, not sure about the 2nd team..
#Galloway p1ssed off at Tigers re contract offer, has offered his services to Saints , apparently CYoung said thanks but no thanks...
#The St George Illawarra Dragons on Tuesday finalised arrangements with Super League Club Warrington Wolves to sign prop-forward Mike Cooper for the next two seasons.
Warrington have agreed to release Cooper from his current contract at the end of this season granting him a move to the Dragons for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. http://www.dragons.com.au/newsvideo
the team list was named unchanged so i dont know who they will bring in to replace him, hope fully docker starts again he was the best on ground last night, he hits that hard its ridiculous, forced them to drop the ball several times.
Not sold on this news. Three years is a long time and his form is generally inconsistent. Some days he's on fire and other times he goes missing. That's my main concern with the Dogs in recent years (even last year), their intensity wavers too much from week to week.
