I really didn't think the broncos would go through with it. I know they need a fullback but is he worth the hassle? It's a one club city, just like Canberra so his every move will be followed. Bound to land himself in trouble again soon

Yeah i think the leadership group at Brisbane would have him on a pretty short leash.

Carney thrived getting out of Canberra. Same thing could work for Dugan.
