That does worry me considering the Raiders were one if the 6 named. If no Sharks get suspended it could be a good thing this happened at the very start if the season. I would imagine it would be much more difficult for a team to deal with these accusations halfway through a season
I thought the most interesting question during that press conference was "Were the players told to stay away from Dank after he was gone from the club" before getting a very long pause and the inevitable answer of "That's priveliged information"
it now appears that Papali will stay in Canberra after turning his back on the Eels and agreeing to terms for another 3 years. Great save but I hope they didn't pay way overs to keep him, there are some good players off contract at the end of the year (Joel Thompson, Croker and Williams). I hope they left some coin for those guys as the Dogs are showing interest in Williams
Throw all the suits under the bus if it means keeping our players.
I wouldn't care so much if i didn't honestly believe that this was our best roster ever
For me that press conference tonight was for the club to distance itself from its players and hang them out to dry. I had a quick chat to one of the players on the sharks tonight that isn't being mentioned and he is disappointed but just wants to get out there playing. I really feel sorry for the guy.
