I had a few spare dollars on Monday after an ok weekend on the punt, when I saw the new NRL cards at a newsagent I'd stopped at. So I ended up buying 10 packs, and thought I done pretty well at beating the odds: I pulled a Blake Ayshford Impact Sigs, a Dave Shillington Impact Sigs, and a Russell Packer Sensations Gem. Nothing huge, but after being dudded for so long buying loose NBA packs, it was a refreshing change. Then thismorning while picking up the newspaper at another newsagent, I saw another box of NRL about half full, so decided to buy 5 more packs, see if I got lucky. The first pack I opened, I pulled a Ben Jones impact Sig. which made it 3 Impact Sigs and a Sensations Gem from 11 packs. Happy enough with that, I waited till getting home before opening the other 4. Got nothing of note in the first 3, then in the last pack, pulled a Johnathan Thurston Phenomenon Gem, 1 in 48 packs! 
Not real fussed on Thurston myself, but can't argue with pulling the rarest insert in a series while only opening 1/3 of the product needed statisticly... Anyway, logged on here all primed to talk about my big find, then I notice there's at least 2 or 3 other members, probably more, who had pulled exactly the same card...
