Not happy with a Recolored

Got my PSA grades back.
One card, a 1994/95 Skybox Revolution, a foil card came back as Recolored. This card has been in my personal collection since new and has never been touched let alone recolored. If it was recolored it was done by Skybox.
All other grades were 8's and 9's, the were fair grades.

Where's it been 'recoloured'? Do they say?

All it says is "Recolored"
As you can see it couldn't be recoloured, as it's foil. I know it's only a $5 card, but I feel they're saying I've done something dishonest.

Ask them. Maybe it has been recolored by skybox?? Definately worth a question. I'm sure you could get some kind of answer for that term "RECOLORED" I am sure interested to know what that means.

I've heard that people in the past have been known to dodgy up foil cards suck as PMG's because the foil is prone to chipping. Being that the foil is generally a porus surface is can be recoloured without visably affecting the surface of the card.
