#-o Look as if I've fallen for the old "payment in the mail routine". PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED.

Nick - sorry but appropriate feedback will be left by the end of this week if you do not contact me regarding this deal. Not a good start, you could have pm'ed me at least. [-X stiil not too late to make things right mate.

Wow. I just got a reply. Not good enough still imo! [-X

Hey

Sorry for not replying to any pm's been real busy with tafe.

I wont be able to afford the stuff as i have just booked in a flight to america in september and all my money is going to towards that.

Sorry for any incovienence.

Time waster.... an initial PM would have been understandable, but not one 3 weeks after making the deal. Commitments people, commitments...

There is a difference between backing out of a deal and not contacting the seller/trader and backing out of the deal and being completly honest and upfront.

Obviously Nick took the first option and hence the neg!!

loserrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rofl its not even a uni since when has anyone been busy with TAFE??? roflmfao thats just hilarious, thats like saying sorry ive been flat out at community collage rofl

Ahhh...shoes. You can be busy with tafe. Generally when you are on an apprentiship you will do a 6-8 week block of TAFE for assessments/theory etc.

So you can be busy with TAFE!! Still no reason to not go through with a sale though!!

I was thinking what to do about this just the other day. A neg is suitable but I must have been worried bout those emails everyone would receive and didn't leave it yet. I was pondered leaving a neutral, but a neg is definately more appropriate in this case - thanks for telling it how it is everyone. =D>

wow, unless the cards were valued in the hundreds, then i can understand being a little short of funds, but seriously, if a person cant scratch together at least $200, then they have more pressing issues in life

Thats easy for you to say...driving around in a Honda S2000 :p

Leave a neg, Justin. He PM'ed me saying he wanted to buy all my loose Jersey/Auto cards, and I have since PM'ed hime back 3 times without a response. I think he also wasted another member's time too, so yeah, I'd leave a neg if I were you.

You serious? You're my new bestfriend yellows2k man.

Personally I wouldn't neg anyone on this site unless I got totally screwed. This isn't eBay and we don't just do business here.

My only reason for negs would be:

-Unresolved finished transactions. (damaged cards, etc)
-No response ever after a set deal. (Won't be worth it even coz they'll probably leave or get banned eg Anthony)

That's about it really. But yeah that's just me.

I think I'll leave a neg on this one Carlos. Most of us here are all old enough to stand firm on decisions we make and too often some go back on their word.[-X This deal was confirmed via numerous pm's and in this thread. I found communication to be extremely poor on Nick's part after the deal was set and this will be the main reason for the negative. :(
