Nice feedback System, but...

Hi there,

you have a great site, nice traders here and a good feedback system. But what brings the good feedback system, when some users do not post feedbacks. I have a problem with a trade here:

He posted first, that he had received the cards. I got them later and left feedback, but didn't get an reply. that'S a pitty. send at least three messages to the user but do not get any reply nor a feedback. It's really annoying me...

There should be some mods here, who check the trade agreements and take care of such users.

Hi mate,

There are mods here to help, but we can't possibly search every nook and cranny of the site to sort out all of the problems without being alerted to them by members. I will check this one up for you (and others it seems).

There is a report function on every post. In the future you can click on the red exclamation symbol on the bottom left of posts and Mods will all be informed of your problem.

It is annoying, and I've recently followed up on some feedback I hadn't left, but it's hardly the end of the world if you miss out on a feedback point occasionally, specially if youre over 5 already.

You have to keep in mind that leaving feedback is not an enforced rule here.
Send them a polite reminder (like you said youve done) and if nothing happens just move on..
At worst..assuming the person has been on the forums posting...just dont trade with them again if it bothers you that much.

Im pretty sure most of us have forgotten to leave the odd one or 2.

Well, common courtesy is a basic requirement of this site, even if leaving feedback is not (maybe it should be?). Completely ignoring PM's while continuing to send out "cold call" PM's is not really to be encouraged.

Anyway, this issue has been addressed.
