They suck people into buying their product than a few years down the track offer you a cards that less value than what you paid for the redemption card. Most likely the same thing will happen with the Topps Premier Gold Bergkamp signature redemption card too, such a shame too.
Not looking like it. It's pretty poor from Topps. Red Bull hold heaps of signing sessions, that had both Cahill and King Henry, surely they could of organised something.
I think when Topps does things like the Bergkamp redemption its more about saving face. After all, they'd look pretty stupid hyping the product around DB10 and then cancelling him in it last minute. They'll be hoping it quietly goes away, and it isn't that difficult to ignore emails from your angry customers.
