Is that Rutger Hauer in Hobo with a Gun? I don't know ... he'a great actor (underrated by a lot of people) and made a genuinely scary John Ryder in the original version of the Hitcher with C.Thomas Howell and Jennifer Jason Leigh but he's also made some bad decisions when it comes to movies (Precious Find being the absolute worst).. good to see he's still acting in American films though.

yer sadly acting is a dying art. It is all about action for 1.5hours.

Probably why I like to watch british and european movies atm as majority kind of have a story that is told which actual ends in a way that makes sense.

There are some good movies coming out of hollywood - it just comes down to who they have as writers, who does the casting, who's directing and who's producing. Which is why I'm glad ron howard is doing the Dark Tower stuff - he won't scrimp on the story, he won't get in the popular actors (most of whom are shit anyway) and he'll do the story justice. Just a shame universal pulled out of the dealings.
