Newb questions (card protection)

Back in my day we never had game used or auto cards

Can anyone give me a run down on cases sizes I need to buy for these different cards ?

Also is eBay the best option to get a bulk lot of this sort of stuff (ultra pro if they still make them) for restarting the hobby?
