New Years card goals for 2007.

OK what are they???

I'll start with this year I'll finish my 1969 topps set that Im only 11 cards short of. Im a lazy bugger.

To have a psa/sgc version of every Celts card from 1948 bowman, 1957 topps and 1961 fleer.

To pick up a Mikan RC, West RC and Chamberlain RC.

Hopefully I get all those goals achieve in the coming year #-o

Then you can look back in a year and go "What happend to finishing that set Chad?"

I honestly don't think I will complete my rookie year set this year, but if I can get to 80% i'll be happy. I've bought a couple of boxes to get some pack fresh for grading, and i've been buying some raw stuff of late, but sometimes the sellers opinion of NM-MT is nowhere near reality

Finding the last couple isn't going to be easy - but if it was going to be easy then everyone would do it

Never been one for setting goals, but this year I'll be setting alot of them, not just for card collecting. As far as cards, I'd like to get as many more 02-03 UD MVP cards for my set as possible! I have a bit of a side goal of wanting to make it to Beckett as a super collector as well for my MVP set.

Finish my sets, keep grabbing Outlaws, stop spending money on shit I only end up selling, devise a terrorist plot to destroy ebay. That's pretty much it.

My goal is to reach 350 Isaiah Riders. 400 if I do well with that one.

to have 500 different Kevin Garnett cards
to have 500 different Stephon Marbury
to have 250 different Szczerbiak cards

so if you wanna help by all means

Finish off a few more 90's Insert Sets.

Grab a few more Harris' maybe hit the 300 mark.

Maybe get the Exquisite Gold /34 too.

That's about it.

Oh, and part with anything non-PC's.

Hopefully we can look back on this thread, and see how bad we all went at completing our Goals. lol.

Well up until mid June I wont be buying anything of note due to our Wedding that i'm paying for......but after that I intend to add some nice Nash cards to the PC.....Would really like to snag an Ultimate Logoman/Auto for the PC.

In '07 i will:

im confident i can get up to 48 of the 50 greatest autos (minus mchale and pistol), some big autos to save up for though!

ill try and finish my 05/06 reflections RC set #/1499, ive neglected it badly but i still want to get it done.

Keep on collecting any old school stuff that catches the eye.

Try and get some big Amare cards for the PC: Exquisites, logoman, letterman etc.

My goal for this year is to end 2007 with 50 KG jersey numbered cards. I started 06 with something like 8 or 9 and now have 31 with another on the way so I think 50 is achievable.

Hope the destroying ebay goal doesn't work Bargey - That's where I get em from.....

And in doing this id love to finish off at least 1 year completly.

Finish my Prodigy set lol, 5-20 and some of the ones im missing are rarer then hens teeth.

and get some more nice celtic auto cards to add to my collection.

well mine would be to finish my hoops 94/95 sets off.
I would love to get upto 20 Jameer Autos (just brought one today to add )
i will try my best to get a Bron and MJ Auto for one of Auto sets im trying complete.

Some of my card goals for 2007 are as follows: Get as many Joe Johnson cards as possible as I only have a smallish collection compared to most, but Im looking to expand! Sell as much stuff as possible so that you can actually see the kitchen table Thats about it really anything else is a bonus

My goals include continuing my Zo collection, hopefully get some more sweet cards of his this year.
I'm also leaning towards collecting Gilbert Arenas and looking into some nice autos and patches of his.
And to have a super sweet Fleer break

* Selling all my J.Rich collection.
* Complete the 05-06 Ultimate Collection Patch set.
* The next set i am going to collect will be 04-05 SPGU wood impressions.
* Keep adding 1 or 2 cards per month to my Ben Gordon rc auto collection.
