Ok folks here is my idea/plan....

I will keep a tally in this thread of my sales.... When I hit the desired level (about $1300 ) I will buy a box of Exquisite and bust live on here or even better, if its around the time of a card show in Melbourne, I will bust live in person at the show....

Basically I'm relying on the members here to buy $1300 worth of my cards (check my bucket below 'MY NBA CARDS'.... heaps of great Auto's/Game-Used etc)...

PM me offers and we'll go from there...

I will update the tally every week or so...

Hi great idea but i got an even better one man...
u seen movie memoirs of a geisha, basically for a geisha to win her freedom she sells her virginity to the highest bidder... i don't know what is or what isn't virgin about you and don't really care either but why don't you offer it on ebay and find out... might get to that exquisite box sooner or even get two boxes!

In meantime I just got a Muhammad Ali autographed card for sale, anyone interested PM me otherwise be on lookout will have a scan up soon.

I reckon you'd get more sales if you gave some indication as to what you're after, price-wise. Full Beckett? Low Beckett? Half-Beckett? Whatever feels right in my heart?

I'm looking for around the 1/2 beckett on most cards... Not really wanting to dip below that... Also depends a bit on the market or 'hobby love' of the player... eg. Jordan/Lebron will fetch closer to full beckett...

So if a MJ Auto has BV $300, but sells for $600, you'll still take full Beckett on it???

Why not use Ebay prices all over?

Well I don't have any MJ autos, so thats not going to happen anyway....

And to answer your point about ebay prices.... A lot of cards I have aren't on ebay, whereas Beckett has neary all cards... If possible, I tend to look at both when setting a price...

Would love to bid if ur autos are on ebay..

you can generate money on certain period of time and of course you get more feedbacks.. i think ebay is more exposed if you are looking for half book value.. just my thoughts..... on certain players...

Coz, for example, jay williams and sebastian telfair still book high on beckett, but hardly they are sold 1/5 of book value whereas Dwight Howard and Dorell WRight will sell nearly BV on autos...

by the way, you have very nice auto collection there..
