New additions to the PC - including some Jordans!

What's up fellas? Got some new cards in the mail this week and I thought I'd make my 2nd ever mail day post on OCT. Looking forward to the All Star Game this weekend like everyone else.

First up, a card I've always wanted and finally managed to land. I was always a big GP guy (I enjoyed watching him TRY and defend MJ! ) and finally managed to land a nice Exquisite auto patch. Not the most exciting patch in the world, but I guess at least I know it's not a fake! .....at least I hope not!

Another side PC I've got going - was a big fan of this guy in college and have slowly picked up some of his Exquisite RC's. Too bad he's stuck in the basketball wasteland known as Charlotte. Don't worry though - the Bobcats 'have a plan.'

Finally, my Jordan pickups. In addition to collecting cards, I also collect sneakers - in particular - Jordans. It's a tough hobby because you aren't always guaranteed to get the sneakers that you want, especially for the limited releases (just Google Galaxy Foamposities for an example of how crazy a limited sneaker release can be!). However, last week I was able to score two pairs of these via a midnight release. I was thrilled when they finally arrived.

....wow, expensive taste in cadboard! When only Exquisite will do! ...and don't wait on the Bobcats figuring out their plan! I've got several lower end Anderson patches to move if you're interested...

Skip - In the past when I collected someone, I would pick up everything & anything I could get my hands on. Now I just save a little more (for a little longer), and try and score their higher end cards. I don't get as much as I did in the past but I've found it more enjoyable overall. Translation - my girl has me on a hobby budget and I need to make the most of it!

Thanks guys! @Sharks - agreed on how uncomfortable they are. For comfort, the 2012's can't be beat for actually playing ball in.
