They're listed in Beckett as 1974 Fleer Team logo Patches and Stickers. The confusion comes from the fact the copyright (I think for the NBA or Fleer logo) has 1969 on it...which I think would be when the logo was originally created/copyrighted.

It's a great set...I've got a fair few of them. There were 2 forms of packs released..one had a patch, a sticker and a "The Shots" card...the other had 2 patches and a Shots card. The "cloth" patches are sort of like a gaffer tape material...they are a sticker also.

After looking further there are quite a few single packs on ebay. may have to have a look at 1.
