Hiya guys,

O.k, basically, I got shafted on a card a while back, which I beleived the seller never sent, and after dealing with e-bay etc etc He got suspended.

Fast forward to today, just surfing on e-bay, and what do you know, I see a card that looked awefully familiar.
I double checked my records, and sure enough. it's tha darn card!!!!

Now, the current seller is located here:

Marysville,WA, United States

This was the seller whom ripped me off:

Everett, WA, United States


Do you guys think this is the same seller with a different ID?????? Can I get e-bay to do anything? Too bad for him, I have photohgraphic memory.

possibly, I am in wa state and if memory serves me correct they are not far apart from each other (never been to either place I just know they are north of me) of course for a fee and some vince carter exquisite's I could make a little road trip ;)

You got your money back on the other seller?

I'd just report the item as a violation (keyword spamming) and have a few others do it, so the item is pulled.

If it pops up again, do it again.....

I got like $5US back, he didn't have enough $$$$$$.
And had to spend more money to get the same card again.

I've dropped e-bay and e-mail about it, we'll see what happens. I've also Dropped the guy an e-mail, hopefully he is one of those silly crooks, whom will say something incrimanating and pretty much confess. Like the ones you see on t.v.

report it to paypal again with the auction link showing it is the same card. I did this once before and they refunded me the money from the new ebay ID
 
how much was the card worth? in wa anything $600.00 and above is a felony, also I don't need a bat i got a glock 9 mm handgun ;) I also am going to school to be a cop so i can make it "legal" :D


(I would like everyone to note I am not really going to be a dirty cop I joke around like that, it's my dream job and I would never jeopordize it :) )
 
Billyhoyle - Hhhhmmm, good point. Will see what e-bay say about it.

vc15jrich23 - By memory, I lost out on about $60. It was an Exquisite Auto Patch of Fyre at the time with a nice bit of the letter, which is why it stuck out.
But it's not the money in the end. I was dirty, as I knew the guy never sent it at all. Because, at the time,I got it cheap. Mind you, he ran off with a lot of other peoples money as well.
