Just to explain, cos I feel bad enough about this as it is.
Yes this was my card for sale, I pulled it a couple of days ago from SPX. I emailed Ryawil with an offer of what I would sell the card for. He emailed back and said he would like to pay slightly under that, which is all fair cos we were negotiating back and forth. While I was thinking about it I took the card off ebay cos I was sure it would be an off ebay sale cos I had alot of offers coming in for it. About half an hour after I took it off ebay I got an email from a dude in US asking why, so I told him I was going to take an offer someone had made, and I SWEAR I didnt tell him how much. He emailed straight back with an offer alot more than what I had told Ryawil I was looking for. And about the same time I got the email from Ryawil saying the price that I had asked originally would be ok. So I then emailed Ryawil and said look I know this sucks, but this guy has come out of no where with a much bigger offer, and of course money is money. In my mind I didnt think I had settled on a deal with Ryawil cos he had counter offered slightly under what I had asked for.
Anyways, its a big soggy mess now. The dude from US has made payment through paypal. I emailed him last night saying I was pulling out of the sale, but he read my first email accepting the offer, made payment, then opened the one sale I was pulling out of the sale. Freak me.
Sorry if this is a war and peace novel, but Im only new to the site and didnt want bad rep to start up with. In the end I probably stuffed up, but live and learn. Hope this clears some stuff up. Cheers.
