Ok firstly i paid for a card i bought from a member here in Melbourne on the 20th Feb.
It was sent via Registered post and the tracking number doesnt exist in the Auspost system?
What can i do as i tried to open a dispute but relised the seller requested the payment as GIFT which i did, and after doing some reading on what i can do i read that the sellers are not allowed to ask payment via GIFT per site rules.
Also i contacted Admin 1 day ago an havent got any word back yet.
Need help what should i do please
OK i just got a PM from the seller saying if it doesnt come by tomorrow to let him know and he has to put a claim in to Australia post as the package was registered,
So ill wait to see if we can fix it before hand and will advise if further problems
I'm going to lock this up, we have both heard from the seller via PM, if you have any more trouble shoot me a PM.
Also check with the seller the exact date it was posted, you made payment 2 weeks ago but it might have only been 5-7 working days since it was actually posted. Remember this is Australia Post we're talking about. I've stuff arrive from overseas faster than interstate parcels.
