Need Help With A MUsic VIdeo

i need help identifying a music video...someone at work asked me what the song was and i knew the clip but couldnt think of the song and its driving menuts

It starts off in like a flea market, with a guy listening to like a walkman, and he cant stop dancing to the music, his body just moves, and then everyone else that listens to it does the same, then the headphones comeout and the music can be heard by everyone and they all starting dancing to it...then the cops break it up and take them back to the station then the cop puts it on and he starts too...


Im thinking its like Chemical Brothers or Fatboy Slim or something...

ahaha, that's a relief, coz u drove me nuts after reading ur post, i was in youtube, trying to load every song possible, coz i remember the MTV clip hahaha
