Need help getting pictures on

Ok so i havent used this site much, can someone tell me how to get pics when you start a new thread to be straight on the page without having to put a link in. Thanks

Upload your pictures using Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket then paste the IMG code into the thread.
