Hi, yeah they are promo cards. They also came in blocks of 4. Some people cut the sheets to make single cards.
In terms of value - very little, maybe $1-2 but hard to find anyone who collects them.
Think I have about 15 of them but they are hard to display as they don't fit into a standard sheet.
