Went down to Fort Wayne,IN yesterday to graph my first NBA D-League game of the season. Since I was able to drive back down to school early from Traverse City and get setteled back at school, I decided to take a day to drive down to graph a game in this league. Well this day started off turning out 50/50 (50% good-50% bad) as the main target I went down for (Alando Tucker) was not present. A couple Iowa players and both coaches mentioned to me before the game that he was just called up back to the Suns this morning which explains why with my updated roster I printed out and the roster they handed out at the game is misleading. Well I did feel totally burned on that one but not as bad as I would of been if it weren't for the recent Pistons players that were assigned to Fort Wayne by Joe Dumars. Luckily, I caught this transaction the day before I made the drive down to Fort Wayne. When it was all said and done, it turned out to be a really good night and I was feeling the ENERGY with completing a team ball and seeing 2 Pistons players down here. This was a great night I had with Iowa as it only took me about 30 minutes to get them all on a team ball!!! This has to be a record for fastest team item completed by a team lol...
I also got a headband that was randomly thrown into the crowd by an Iowa player after the game!!!
