It funny watching the old bball. You see the struggles mj had early against the pistons and celtics. In the end mj beat them all!! My question is if lebron cant get past the spurs can he still go into the bracket of greats with mj and kobe etc, kobe obviouldy beat the spurs and everyone else in the west. Thoughts??
Imo he's already up there. Win or lose he still has many years ahead of him. Hes been the only heat player who has played consistantly well this whole playoffs so for mine a loss has no effect on his "legacy". It is a team sport afterall and his team mates have been horribly inconsistent.
I think it definitely tarnishes his rep. He has 3 other future HOF'ers on his team, what else does Lebron need?
Lebron has chosen1 tattooed on his back, not chosen 5.
He's already lost two Finals campaigns, 1 more loss with only 1 ring will not look the best.
In saying that, what he's achieved individually is amazing and will have him up there still. He does have plenty of time to get to say 5 or 6 also. But he'd want to not waste the opportunities especially coming out of the weak arse East.
I think he would have to leave miami or they will have to spend up big to get more rings. Ray allen, battier are cooked. Who knows how long mike miller can contnue. Wades best basketball is definately behind him. I still think lebron is la bound when kobe is done and he is out of contract.
