NBA 2k7 Tip Jam

Hey Does anyone know what buttons to push to go for tip jams..... its killing me

hold the "Y" button. it sometimes does it automatically....

yeah i tap it alot when going for tip ins and rebounds... maybe Ill give holding it a try anyone else got any input??

I think it's the power/turbo button.

I may be wrong, in not remembering, but is there a layup button and a shoot button or is that Live?

2K uses the Shot-Stick doesnt it? Try holding that towards the basket.

I've only done a few, but had my CPU team mates do them plenty of times.

With the team I'm playing with, it's hard enough to get offensive boards at all, et alone tip jams.

Played through a whole 82-game season - never made one tip jam. That's on PS2
