Nat Treasures 12/13 Thoughts???

I was just involved in a hit case break on blowout. He opened 2 cases and got pretty much junk. Best cards were sullinger /199 rpa zo/hakeem/drob 10/10 sticker auto.

Id say 70-80% were sticker autos and the printing plates were over the top, (sometimes 2 in a box).

At this stage I can think of other ways to spend $700+ AUD.

others thoughts?

The Tony Parker logomen is listed at $2999 BIN crazy! What is the view on all these printing plates? Personally I have tried to buy the Leonard that just ended for $194 but failed and I am thinking why bother these cos technically they aren't cards. I guess its each to their own but I would rather dish out for the other rad looking cards in the series then a piece of metal.

The printing plates shouldnt be worth more than $10 each. The fact they get away with saying they're 1/1s is a joke. They have multiple colours to print with and they're plates, not cards. They really belong in the bin after they have been finished with. I understand people want to collect them but they should be viewed as an oddball kind of thing. When you see two 1/1 in a box you just realise they are more common - than commons!!

The Parker will be a sweet card. Seen a couple of Logomans of his sell recently between $1k - $1.5k.

I can't stand printing plates of any year but that's just like, my opinion man.

yeah hopefully someone puts a Parker Logoman on 99 cent auction so at least I can have a go at it. So much Parker/Leonard stuff in this release and so much high end makes it an expensive exercise. If only I just collected Splitter or if only I collected some hack like Blair!

I am a bit sad that all the Norris Cole's so far have been redemptions , sorry redemptions have no place in a high end release like that

I contemplated picking up 2 cases of NTs, but for next to $4000, I thought......could probably spend that money better elsewhere, so have held back.

It is the thrill of the break....but then the oft disappointment. I still loved my Exquisite Breaks, but thinking back to those......Could have picked up a small car with the money or a couple of decent holidays!

I have seen a few National Treasures breaks, and i must say i was hoping for more. Maybe all the good boxes are yet to come

The Rodman Logoman 1/1 someone pulled on BO is pretty special.

Also the Pippen/Rose and Payton/Kemp. WOW.

It will be a sad day when someone gets the D.Rob/T.D, because it won't be me, ha ha.

I think it's a massive concern when you're pulling Drew Gooden jersey cards from a 2013 'high end' product. I've watched quite afew of the breaks on youtube and hardly any are worth the price tag. Saw a couple of awesome Harrison Barnes RPA's and a redemption for a gold Kawai Leonard RPA and those could fetch a pretty penny, but I just can't get over how much rubbish is in this product. Panini are definitely to reliant on the fact that you get 2-3 1/1 printing plates per box even though they don't really ever hold much value. CRAZY!!

I agree, I think you hit the nail on the head, there's plenty of quality but who wants the garbage? Nobody.

GU has to go. It may have a place if only in small numbers but not when it's 80% of the print run.

I actually think they should up the number of Logomans.

Stuff it. It would also slow people down from gambling on hitting them. It sucks that some millionaire can come in and buy up the rarer ones.

Should be one per case or maybe 2 -3 cases in a product like this.

Agreed. Standard 1 colour jersey cards have NO place in a product such as this which carries such a hefty pricetag. The standard game used in National Treasures should be a patch minimum in my opinion.

2-3 maybe a bit over the top. Can't see a problem with them falling 1 per case. I actually thoguht that would be so after seing all the promos flogging them.

The sticker autos still get me. Surely they have had enough time to get these signed before releasing the product. The amount they have is crazy. For a highend product it should be minimal. They really need to take a leaf out of the Exquisite book.
