I have had these cards for a while but thanks to my computer having a meltdown I've been unable to scan them.

Anyway, here we go:

07/08 Exquisite Noble Nameplates #/25 (With an All Star Patch)

08/09 Exquisite Noble Nameplates #/8

09/10 Exquisite Number Pieces #/13 (With a Tag Patch)

Most of the Nash number pieces cards have had Tag pieces as patches and this was pulled by Attyball so I have the video to prove its authenticity It is a small part of the NBA Logo on the Tag and the Suns Logo is partially hidden.
