Well I got a bit bored just collecting Aussie Born MLB players so I expanded a bit to start collecting some Auto's. Only of players I can relate to or have heard of really. Like those playing in the 90's-00's. Also lots of Aussie included in the mix...

So this is sort of my mailday for the past 2 months :)

THAT IS ALOT OF AUTOS
so is this Chris Snelling an Aussie and one of the best players around? Dont know too much about baseball but i watch the world series preety much every year.

Awesome! Mark Texeira, he used to draw Wolverine comics back in the day, didn't know he still played baseball, that is if its the same guy? I know the Tex that was an artist played baseball too. Any idea?

MetallicA' - Yeah he is pretty much the best we have over there ATM. Well, the one getting the most consistent game time (when he's not injured). He just got traded to Washington so we'll see how that goes next year.

JValles69 - I have no idea if it is the same guy? Texeria is a pretty good player so I don't know if you can go from drawng comices to playing MLB ball full time quickly...

Thanks guys, really wanted to share them somewhere!
The US boards wouldn't appreciate them as much I don't think...

Klattsy,

A big jump from Aussie players to autos.
But I guess you were running out of options.

Have you seen the Aussie cards that Upper Deck have inserted from the World Baseball Classic (WBC) held this year. Some nice cards in there.

Matm - Yeah your right, but I also collect signed sports memorabilia and figured signed cards is combination of the two :)

Only small fry to start off with. None of these cost me anymore that $8US (at most). I will start to save for some of the bigger ones. I have been flogging off my dups of Aussie players to make money for them :)
