As some of you may know im into nitro monster trucks...unfortunatly the maintanance and tuning problems on these 1/8 scale trucks is a complete nightmare.
I sold all 3 i had nearly a year ago waiting for the release on the Hpi baja 5...Just picked it up today....
Specs...length...820mm
hight 430 mm
Engine capacity 30 cc,2 stroke 25/1 mix
Maximum speed out of box...75kph
Mines been upgraded to achieve around 90-95 kph
Price....OUCH !!

Cheers lads.... took it for a blast out the back today (short sprints).
Needless to say i was blown away with the huge rooster tail and 2 big strips of grass now missing from our back lawn..
The wife however states its way noisy and 2 destructive....NOW I KNOW ITS A BEAST..
Lets just say the starting price on 1 of these puppies is over $1500 with no upgrades...way more fun than a box of overpriced exquisite...still...different strokes for different folks !!

WOW Stevo, that's freakin huge! The air filter is nearly as big as the Coke can! lol. I know my 1/10 tourer is fun (and loud with only an exhaust manifold on it at the moment, lol) but that would be the shiznit! Do you have a dirt rally type track you can go nuts on?

Theres a few buggy tracks locally brad but there more suited to the smaller scale trucks....theres no end of vacant cleared land here tho....heaps of great spots to cut loose...
