My New Toy

Decided I wanted a portable DVD player after looking at tonnes of em I decided they were all crap quality and picture except for a few very high end ones $$$, so I spent the Cashola and got the Sony Walkman DVD w/desktop dolby 5.1 sound. Gotta say its money well spent, as you can see im watchin Gladiator while typing this lol

Beauty steve lol how good is the pic and sound cant get over it..... not sure how much steve paid but I think I got a pretty good bargain at $350. Im real happy with it...and yer GO GLADIATOR my 2nd fav movie ever...1st being Goodfellas (as far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a gangster)...CLASSIC!!!

edit : as far at battery im not sure as this is its first run outa the box but the manual says 3-4 hrs

3-4 hours is pretty good ! My Laptop don't last that long in DVD mode

Yep stunning picture....I ended up paying $369....
The only down side to it is the battery is inbuilt....so you cant have a spare 1 charged up...say for a long plane flight....no way to recharge the one in there on the plane so one movie and its stuffed..

If only I had one of those this week. M wife went to hospital on Wednesday night and is still there and to watch any tv costs $7.70 per day. I am so annoyed!! One of those would solve my problems!!
