Started a collection a while back to get one auto for every player to wear an Mavs jersey in an NBA game.

Also have Mark Aguirre, Delonte West and Yi Jianlin unscanned and can't be bothered to do more scanning after those... :p

Also have Johnny Newman, Sean Williams and Jamie Watson on the way so I'll have 124 different soon. Still need to get the two more expensive ones in Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash
 
Love those old school autos! Another Cherokee Parks card! .....and how good is the Brian Cardinal pic! Great idea and great execution so far mate - keep up the good work!
 
That is a great idea for types of cards to collect. It also gets people thinking, trying to remember when the player was with Dallas. Very educational, and exciting.
 
Yeah there are quite a few different autos out there as the Mavs have had a lot of player turnovers through the years with most of the players having one season or less. Still a pretty cool chase as it will never actually end and there are a fair few odd players who only have one auto from college stuff.
 
Some very interesting viewing of who has played for them. So many memories for me and congratulations on this unique set chase
 
That's some chase to go for, you've got so many but so many to come.

Ever thought of splitting them into the year's those players played for the Mavs?

There are probably a good 100 players to go, but of those I'm only missing a handful of players with certified autos. Of those there are-
Dirk Nowitzki
Steve Nash
Christian Laettner
Hubert Davis
Detlef Schrempf
Vince Carter
Lamar Odom
George McCloud
Damon Jones
Cedric Ceballos
Brandon Wright

Couple of others with only college autos, just can't remember them off the top of my head.

So if anyone can help, drop me a line ;).
 
I'll have a dig through my boxes and see if I've got anything. I used to have some Dirk Autos (I'm pretty sure I still have 2 NON-certified autos which you can have if you want them), and I might have a VC sig somewhere too (it's an Ultimate Auto Jersey).
 
Looking for ones that are pictured with the players in a Mavs uni where applicable. Just won a Schrempf auto today actually for $8.02 delivered :)
