My Lucky Day

My day started like any other...woke up, went to work etc etc....

Just before lunch i received a call from a business partner who asked me to go on an all expences paid trip to New Zealand next weekend to watch the Reds VS Cheifs Rugby Union game:shock: :shock: . Some of the details of whats included are below:

*Return flights on Emirates
*Leaving 03 MAR BRISBANE / AUCKLAND 0805 / 1415
*Returning 05 MAR AUCKLAND / BRISBANE 1815 / 1845
*1 Nights Accommodation:- Novotel Tainua Hamilton including Bfast
*1 Nights Accommodation:- Crowne Plaza Auckland including Bfast
*Lunch & Wine tasting Hotel Duvin ( 04 March )
*Welcome Cocktail Party / Kangaroo Court with Reds players!!!
*Transfers from Auckland to Hamilton and return.
*Return Airport Transfers
*Return Match Transfers

One of the guys at Suncorp had tickets as part of their sponsorship with the Reds...

This is the second trip i have won to NZ in the past 6 months!!!

haha cool man....oh why cant i win something...(maybe cause i have to actually enter something lol)....you have inspired me..im going to put the lotto in for this saturday haha... (also great to hear someone from rocky winning something )

A quick run down on my trip for Justin.....

* Flew emirates which was very flash....monitors in the backs of seats etc.
* Arrived in auckland and got on a bus to Hamilton
* Booked into the Novatel (5 Star)
* Went to the game....the game wass probably the low light of the trip. The reds got thrashed and the beer they serve at the stadiums (Wikato Draught) is the worst beer i have ever tasted. You buy it in plastic screw top bottles....man is is gross. It is like flat, hot VB
* After the game went to a resturant for dinner.
* Then headed to a pub called the "Fox and Hounds"....greatest pub on earth. They had this irish band playing. It was a really good atmosphere...with people dancing etc.
* After that headed to the Hamilton Casino and got to play blackjack with the Reds players. They were all busted up (stitches and limping etc) but they were all really nice blokes
* Went to bed about 1/2 past

Day 2
* Woke up and jumped on the bus to be transferred back to auckland. On the way back we stopped at a winery for a wine tour and 5 star lunch.
* Got to auckland and pretty much everyone had a nanny nap.
* Woke up and went to a private function with free food and alcohol. After the function we went out for dinner at a place called "wild Fire"...very flash
* After dinner the group went to a night club called "float". Very good night club...and a lot of hot women. Before that night i came to the conclusion that no good lokking women lived in NZ...the Float changed my mind on that!!!
* Stumbled back to the Crown plaza about 4:30am and continued to drink out of someones mini bar until about 6:30am....then it was finally time for bed.
* The next morning we went to the sky city casino.....good casino...especially since i won some money!!!

After that got on the bus to the airport and flew home.

All round great weekend. It was a sponsors tour so everything was 5 star!!!!

Oh and go the REDS!!!!

Sounds like a blast!!! not to mention what the hangovers would have been... LMAO!!
