Im a huge fan of Lost, great collection you have going here!
I would leave the stickers unless your moving them to better cases.
The sticker signifies that the card was sealed but the company and not touched.

Thanks mate, so do they come out of the box like that do they?

Actually that's not quite right. If Lost autos come out of Lost boxes they are not in toploaders. However, Inkworks (who manufactured the Lost cards) went bankrupt and Razor bought the remaining autos (including several of the rarer autos that had been available only by redemption). Razor then released a couple of card series and Lost autos in those releases come out of the box in toploaders.

Note that in general it is a bad idea to keep cards in toploaders. I know sports cards have the whole 'authenticity' thing going, but that doesn't really apply to nonsports. Further, many of the cards that are released in toploaders (case incentives and the like) do not have soft sleeve so there are some concerns about potential card damage from the plastic toploader. In general, nonsports collectors break the seal on toploaders if they are intending the card for their own collection but leave it sealed if they expect to sell it some time.

What I do for my collection is unseal the card, put the card in a soft sleeve and keep the toploader in case I want to sell (though it would still be unsealed).
