My latest property video tours... Trying something different this time around

Let me know what you think people. Which style do you prefer?

Loved both those videos buddy. You really do present well. Its splitting hairs in terms of which I prefer, but the first 'interview' style think would be my choice. Its more relaxed and gives you a better over view of the house with your voice over behind it. Like I said though the difference is minimal.
