My latest good ebay experience!

I bought a phone cover from bbuy4u from Hong Kong. I really don't like buying stuff from there but I had some Paypal and they were a bit cheaper than some of the other on Ebay. Anyway, arrived last week and the lugs on the top were broken (cover was for a Nokia 6230) but the cover still stuck together and worker well. So I sent them an email that the lugs were broken but it didn't phase me at all because it all still works but today in the mail was a new cover which i didn't even know was coming!

Sorry for the long read but thought I would share my experience with this seller. He has 107 negs overall but over 11,000 feedback score and was great to deal with!

Not bad at all! Did they even respond to your initial email? Sounds like a great seller that looks after their customers!

There's a few peple out there that could do this for their customers.

They didn't reply to the email but I was so suprised they sent another one because I was happy with the first one!
