My first Acie Exquisite!

I bought these 2 off the same seller on eBay, after 3 weeks he opened a 'unpaid item case against me'. So I took Screen Prints of my Paypal account showing my transaction and pictures of the receipts and sent them to him. He promptly closed the case and sent the cards

Anyway, very excited!! Heres the 2 I bought a few more I picked up:

Also need a bit of advice. I bought another Acie Exquisite on eBay. The card did not arrive after 4 weeks. So I contacted the seller, he said he apologized but he accidently sent it to the wrong person, so he's waiting for it to come back. 3 weeks later I get a email from the seller saying "I have received the card back, sorry about the inconvenience, I have refunded your money, feel free to bid on the card again". WTF? Can they do that? I bought it, paid for it, he should send it.

Man, very slick Law additions. Love the Exquisite, love it when it contains a part of the name plate in them.

On the situation, I had that happen to me as well. In regards to getting an unpaid item thing, and I paid like in the first 18 mins of winning the item Ha ha ha ha

But on not sending the item, that's pretty weak. He should send the card back to you. Did it sell cheap????

On the non-sent card, it's annoying but not much you can do. Yes he is obligated to send the card to you, but I guess at least you have your money back and he didn't try and keep card and money.
