Hey guys,
Just want to share what an amazing day I had today. For those of you who didnt know I won an auction to hang out with the South or North AS team from the time they came to the stadium til after the game.
My partner bought this for me as my Christmas present, all I can say is WOW. Had the experience of my life today. Thank-you to my beautiful girl for the present
The All Star game and everything was top notch.
From the time I met up with NBL Marketing Manager Sarah who introduced me to the Team South Team Manager Jared who's also the Team Manager of the Sixers felt like I was at home. Jared was the most professional and helpful to me during the whole day.
Could live the life behind the NBL scene. The energy, atmosphere was AMAZING, I nearly pissed my pants and shat them a few times. All the players were extremely friendly, especially Jonny Flynn who acted up for my video, signed my jersey, my bball shoes and a couple of cards for me. Met all the players and trash talked with a few of the North guys.
Andreij Lemanis the Coach of the South team was awesome introduced me to the whole team during his pre game motivation speech. Spoke to me at length several times and made me feel welcome.
Took some pics and vids of the day which I will upload once Ive had dinner, didn't eat all day as was in awe of the experience.
Met all of North and South and my opinions on a few of the ballers changed for the better including one baller who I have hated during his entire career.
Even had Cedric "Brett hold my bling" Jackson give me his diamond earrings to hold during the game.
