My biggest, BIGGEST Mailday ever Boxes/cards

So here are the pics, but i have a quick story after

Gotta be some MOJO in here surely

Ok so here is the story from the start

Place my order with dave and adams.
Get an email saying its been shipped....cool
Get another email saying sorry we didnt have one of your boxes in stock
(97/98 skybox metal championship) for those of you playing at home
So i said ok let me add another box or two to make up the difference.
Then i get an email saying sorry its already been shipped....WTF is with that
You ship an item knowing there is a product missing.

Anywho so im not that angry
Then i made a new order with 2 more boxes.
Ok so the first order got held up in Honolulu for wait for it 25 hours WTF again

OK OK i can deal with it thats ok

But the thing that has really got me mad is it finally arrived today 10 mins before i had to go to work.

Of course i had to open it and smell/see the goodness inside and to my surprise there is a box missing from the order
Not just any box

07/08 Upper Deck BLACK.......need i say more

So i send an email to the Rep to say this has happened, but havent got an email back yet....should be soon as it is about 8am over in NY.

So i just looked on the website and i cannot see 07/08 BLACK in stock geez come on what else can go wrong

Now one of my concerns is that they say dont touch or open anything if your order is wrong.....so what should i do?

PS, I think Dacard run a pretty tight shit so they will know the error was made. My guess is that they do a daily stock take
