My 2012 dream nba trip is in the works..

My lifelong nba dream trip is gonna happen this dec, my gf and i are gonna hit minnesota for a week for some wolves games..planning on 4-5 games on a home stand.

I will have about 500-800 to spend per tix, does anyone know when 12/13 tix go on sale for single seats??? .. I know packages are avble at the moment..

Schedule is released in a few hours! Will know what teams il be seeing face the t wolves!! So pumped..

Any tips or feedback from other members that have done their nba trip already would be great!

Iv got my heart set on meeting some players also no matter what i gotta do.. Also want courtside for at least 1-2 games..

We are going minnesota for 2 main reasons, 1 broy is my fav player 2 minnesota isnt a big market superteam and everything should be cheaper than la,nyc,miami,boston etc...

Nice work, well done!!! Keep us updated, sounds like a blast!

My boss went to see the Clippers play a few teams last season, and said the shittier teams were heaps cheaper than the mainstream ones. He said he was going to watch them play MIA, but said he couldnt justify the few hundred extra for a seat!

From what he was saying, tix can be had as low as $20 at some games!

Check out www.stubhub.com - this is where people (often those who buy season tix or packages) re-sell their tickets if they can't make it to the games.

I've been 3 separate occasions to see the spurs. You should be able to buy tickets through the t wolves website. I always just paid for tickets then picked them up from the stadium. You can get them posted if ur a little anxious. My only advice is get the best seats u can afford to seriously appreciate the size and athleticism of these guys. Last tip take LOTS of $$$$$$ because u will want to buy half the stadium.

Yeah thanks man, planning on getting awesome seats for every game.. will def be buying a load of clothes etc while im there (fingers crossed for a REV30 Brandon Roy Wolves jersey)

Have you met any players before games, at the hotel etc...??

Last time I went to America I was courtside at a Nuggets/Pistons game in Denver. I met Wilson Chandler, Kenneth Faried, Chris Andersen, Jordan Hamilton & JaVale McGee.

Get to the arena when doors open and rush down to your seats, most players will still be doing shoot around and you can catch them as the head into the locker room after they finish shoot around. I also had a sign that said "I came from Australia to see Kenneth Faried" so that probably helped haha

I was courtside directly opposite side of the court to Home bench. Tix were $1600 ($800 each, but had to buy two because it was the only way I could get them on StubHub as I was on my own.)

What about meeting them as they come of the bus to go into the arena... or is that around the back and hard to get too?

Nah, No photos, wasn't allowed to for some reason.

I didn't wait around after the game to wait for the team, I was pretty stoked enough that I got to meet them to start with.

I also went to 2 Clippers games in LA, I wasn't courtside there so I didn't get to meet anyone but it was great. I'm planning to go back to Denver in November so I'll be courtside there too I think it'll be Hornets @ Nuggets

Thats sick man, we are looking at going to Minnesota for 3 games vs Charlotte, Denver, Golden State.

Wasn't allowed to take pics with players, Got a few pics of the game though.

That's a good stretch too, all 3 games you could win.

Alot better than you can ever imagine, there is nothing I can even compare it to. When I actually seen how close to the action I was so happy I almost cried.

and then you know you high 5 the players as the head into the locker room at half time. Sooooo good, so good. You're gunna LOVE it.

We are staying at the Graves 601 hotel which is across the road from and connected directly to the Target Center! looking on you tube alot of fans getting autographs from the players leaving that hotel!
