here are some more cool NBA documentaries to watch... if you're an NBA junkie like me, you'll love them:

Kobe with Jimmy Kimmel

Sonicsgate - the story of the Seattle Supersonics

The 2 30for30 documentaries, 'without bias' about the drafting and then sudden death of Len Bias and the other one is 'guru of go' about the death of Hank Geathers in the NCAA tournament when his team looked destined to win and break scoring records at the same time.

I enjoyed that Kobe interview, thanks for sharing!

My suggestion for anyone who hasn't seen it, check out 2005's "Through the fire", which provides a pretty interesting glimpse into Sebastian Telfair as he preps himself for the NBA draft and also the high expectations placed on young prospects.

All of the ESPN 30 from 30 ones are really good

Some highlights of the basketball ones (not mentioned yet)

Winning Time - Reggie Miller Vs The New York Knicks
A film that explores the rivalry between the Indiana Pacers and New York as seen through the eyes and actions of Reggie Miller star player of the Indiana Pacers.

No Crossover: Allen Iverson Trial
There has always been questions raised about Allen Iverson's conviction for a fight he was involved in as a young man. The film maker goes back to his home town to try and understand the events and how they have left a mark on the town he calls home.

Broke
More money, more problems. Broke digs into the psychology of men whose competitive nature carried them to victory on the field yet seemed to ruin them off the field

A few of the baseball ones i really enjoyed as well

Catching Hell
After the Chicago Cubs blow an opportunity to reach the World Series in 2003, Cubs fans blame the team's misfortune on fellow fan Steve Bartman, who interfered with a foul ball and prevented Moises Alou from making a catch.

Four Days in October
The comeback by te Red Sox Vs Yankees

Silly Little Game
Charts the origins of fantasy sports games from a small lunchtime group known as the rotisserie league to the multi-million dollar industry it is today

Although other than Stockton i think everyone else is over 6 foot 6

"Once Brothers" is a great watch, and a little bit sad  Focus is on Vlade and Drazen, and how their relationship deteriorated. Plenty of great 80's NBA footage in there.

"The other Dream Team" is another great doco on the 1992 Lithuanian basketball team. An amazing story on how they made it, well worth a look.

Probably can find both these on youtube
